YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS

·         Right to Remain Silent
·         Right to an Attorney
·         Right to peacefully refuse any search (Just say no)
·         Right to not incriminate yourself

If: guilty: assert your rights

If innocent assert your rights

If involved in any manner: assert your rights.

You are not required to incriminate yourself. If questioned before you can retain Adams Law Group simply state:”

“Officer I mean you no disrespect but I assert my rights under the constitution to be represented by legal counsel from this second forward. I assert my right to remain silent and my right against self incrimination. I will not discuss any matter with you , give DNA, consent to any search, submit to any testing, or in any way communicate with you or any one else unless my attorney is present and allows me to do so.”

You should state this whether guilty, totally innocent or somehow involved.

We have the investigators, and dedicated staff to help you through this difficult time. We are experienced in handling all criminal charges. In our forty years of combined experience we have handled practically everything.

No case is too small, or too large. At the Adams Law Group, you are not just another case. We give each and every client the attention that you deserve and expect.
